Thanks so much for supporting Hemlock Glass. I’m a one-man operation — I make the glass, take the photos, run the site, ship the orders, and handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff (yep, even taxes). That means I keep things pretty straightforward so I can focus on the work.

Payment Info

I don’t accept Afterpay, Klarna, or any buy-now-pay-later options on this site. The fees they charge small studios like mine just aren’t sustainable.
That said, if you really need to split a payment, reach out directly: [email protected] — I’m happy to work something out privately if possible.

Returns & Repairs

All sales are final. I don’t accept returns unless there are extreme circumstances — feel free to message me and we’ll talk it through. I want collectors to be happy, and I always try to be fair.

Repairs are case by case. If something breaks, I’ll do my best to help. I don’t charge for minor fixes, and if there’s a cost, I try to keep it minimal. Turnaround time depends on my studio schedule, so patience is appreciated.
